The family has a history of 10 generations of vignerons in the town of Chatillon sur Marne in the Vallee de la Marne. The production of Champagne started in 1953 with Roger Cazé. Fabien Cazé is the young man who runs the domaine today. Cazé maintains rigorous organic farming practices from never using chemicals on their crops to only employing manual harvesting and pruning practices. The wines are now aging in a previously abandoned cave in the village of Reuil.
