States & Timing:

Will ship on Monday - Wednesday to the contiguous Continental United States, with the exception of Utah and the Dakotas.

Adult Signature - Office Addresses Are Divine
Since deliveries require adult signatures, we suggest you ship to an address that you know will be attended by an adult.

Shipping costs
Ground and Air shipment costs can be easily calculated within the Shopping Cart and before you purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time
Our orders will normally ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. The duration of shipment will depend upon the selected destination - typically 3-5 days. As needed, we can provide overnight shipping.

UPS or FedEx will make three attempts to deliver your order. If your shipment is returned to Henri’s Reserve, an additional shipping charge may be applicable to your re-ship order. For specific information on your shipment please email customerservice@henrisreserve.com.

Weather
We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may request a faster shipping method.

Insurance
Henri’s Reserve automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damage in transit.

Signature Policy
You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine from Henri’s Reserve. All packages sent by Henri’s Reserve require an adult signature upon delivery. Perhaps your office is best? Sorry, but we will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for it.

Title & Ownership
Title to, and ownership of, all wines passes from Henri’s Reserve to the purchaser in the state of Connecticut and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from Illinois (Henri’s Reserve warehouse) to his/her home state. By arranging transportation of the wine, Henri’s Reserve is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing the service from Henri’s Reserve, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Return Policy

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of champagne that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of champagne that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or champagne that is ordered in error. Please send an email to (customerservice@henrisreserve.com) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the champagne is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the champagne less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please send an email to (customerservice@henrisreserve.com) for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
