Twin brothers Philippe and Pierre Aubry run this highly original estate in the village of Jouy-les-Reims making Champagnes of distinct personalities. They have become known for the pursuit of “forgotten grapes”, such as Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Fromenteau. Many believe they have the best rosé in the whole Region.
